You can really dress up these pancakes with a bit of fresh fruit and some toasted nuts. Top with a dash of maple syrup and you’ll have a heavenly start to your day.

Admittedly, this is one that will take you more than 15 minutes to make. However, when you consider the fact that you can make a batch all at once and have them for breakfast all week long, we couldn’t pass up adding them to our list as an option for a great mobile breakfast.

Unusual Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon Couscous

Oatmeal isn’t the only thing that tastes delicious with apples and cinnamon. For something a little out of the ordinary, consider this recipe from Savory Spin. Sweet couscous is actually a common breakfast meal (and dessert) in Egypt.
The recipe above calls for almond milk. You’ll need to swap in regular milk since all the grocery store almond milk we’ve found contains preservatives and other nasties that land it on our Nope list.
