Over the course of 40 days, our system layers on one healthy habit at a time, enabling you to take small steps and achieve a radical health transformation. How does 40FRESH work?
Our program is broken into 4 distinct phases. You’ll start small and gradually layer on habits that will sustain you for a lifetime of health and happiness.
Phase I: Prep
For the first three days of the program, you’ll be doing small tasks that will help you prepare for success later in the program. This includes learning the original foundations of the diet and taking an in depth look at your current lifestyle.
Phase II: Plan
During the next six days of the program, you’ll get hands on. You’ll have a few tasks to take care of around the house. We’ll take a trip to the grocery store. You’ll learn all the 40FRESH rules and you’ll even put the drink rules into action.
Phase III: Layer
This is where we really start to dig in and change how you eat. We layer on one habit at a time so you never feel overwhelmed. We start by replacing snacks. After that, you’ll move on to breakfast and then dinner. Finally, you’ll wrap up with eating 40FRESH for lunch.
Phase IV: Live
By day 40, you’ll be fully transitioned to the 40FRESH diet. It’s the end of the program, but the start of a new and healthy lifestyle. Share you success story with others and encourage other people to start their own 40FRESH journey!
